TERROR IN HUNGARY
RESORT OF FAILING SOVIET.
BUDAPEST, 16th April. The report that the Archduke Josef and others have been murdered are confirmed, but there are no details. Whether they were executed, after trial by the Terrorists, or were assassinated is not known. The wildest anarchy prevails. The Soviet Government is becoming increasingly_ unstable, and is making efforts to maintain its authority by resortjng to terrorism, and by wholesale . arrests of officials and supporters of the old regime.
