VIENNA, 17th" April. •Lenin will shortly visit Budapest to preside at the International Communist Congress. Allied intervention in Hungary is regarded as unlikely.

. VIENNA, 16th April. Lenin foreshadows grave developments, and indicates that the Bolsheviks regard the Allies as being powerless to prevent the extension of their doctrines.
