LONDON, 16th April. The Morning Post's Constantinople correspondent says that an examination of the Grand Vizier, Prince Said Halim Pasha, revealed the fact that Germany, Austria, and Turkey entered into an offensive and defensive alliance on 10th July, 1914, and consummated the treaty on Ist August. Further treaties dealing with the division of the spoils were signed after Britain's entry into the war.
