ENEMY'S OBJECTIONS
"SWORD-RATTLING" PROPOSALS
CRITICISM BY LICHNOWSKY.
OJHITED IRBBS ASSOCIATION.—COPTRIfIHT.) (ATOTUAUAN-NETT ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION,) (Received April 22, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, 16th April. There is an organised newspaper outcry against the solution of the Saar "Valley question. The Vbrwaerts and other journals declare that it will be impossible for Germany to sign peace on the lines of the semi-official messages from Paris, which, reduce the Fourteen Points to a sham. Prince Lichnowsky says the peace proposal is a sword-rattling peace, and could only be maintained by force.. It must be rejected in the interests of mankind.
