ROBBERY AT A POST OFFICE

ROTORUA, 21st April. The Post Office here was broken into last night. The safe was found' open and unlocked and two cash-boxes, one containing about £500 in cash and cheques and unissued postal notes, and ±he other £50 largely in stamps, were misMng. The former, with its contents, was found, intact under a tree in adjoining premises. It was covered with empty benzino tins. No clues have been found of the perpetrators of tile burglary.
