TRAINING COLLEGE
THE MOUNT COOK SITEA question was asked by Mr. R. A.. Wright) M.P., at the meeting of the Education Board this morning as to what had been done in regard to the Mount Cook site for the Wellington Training College. The Chairman said the Minister of Education had informed him that the matter had been settled, and a letter giving full particulars was expected shortly. The site had been selected some months ago, but up to now they had "got no forrader." However, he believed that the matter had now been absolutely settled^ and he hoped soon, to be able to place in the hands of members full particulars of the site, area, and location.
