BANKRUPTCY COURT
A very brief sitting of the Bankruptcy Court was held this morning, His Honour, the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) presiding. Discharges were granted to H. W. Bear, of Levin, represented by Mr. C. W. Tanner, and to Charles Thomas Emeny, of Wellington, for whom Mr. V. B. Willis appeared. Tho Court then adjourned for three montlu. , ' ' -
