NELSON, 6th. March.
In connection with the death of a girl, the police arrested at Sandy Bay a married woman named Emma Caroline Fletcher, a resident of Nelson, on a, charge of unlawfully using an instrument with intent to procure miscarriage. She was brought before the Court at Motuelca, and remanded to appear at Nelson on Saturday. '■
