AUCTION SALES

Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. will offer at auction on Wednesday next, at 2.30 p.m., at their rooms, No. 81, Wel-lington-terrace. On Tuesday, at 2 p.m., the firm will sell at their rooms household and office furniture.

Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold a sale in their rooms on Monday at 1.30 p.m. On Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., they will sell furniture at the residence of the late Dr. Pollen.

Mr.. A. T Trendle will-sell, by auction at the Central Auction Rooms on Monday next, at.1.30, a quantity of buMing material, and at 2 o'clock, piano, household furniture, and effects.

Messrs. O. W. Price and Co., auctioneers,' will sell on Monday at 1.30, at 60, Vivian-street, furniture, piano, and iron safe. On Tuesday, at 1.30, at the rooms, furniture, etc. On Wednesday, at 1 o'clock, at 23, Nelson-street, the furniture of 6 rooms. On Thursday, furniture at 21, Kugby-street, commencing at 1.30.

Wallaceville; Wednesday, furniture, at 16, Waitoa-road, Hataitai; Friday, 11 roomed-residence, 221, The Terrace, and 7 rooms Oriental Bay; 4th February, shop and 5 rooms, Hopperstreet and three sections, Melbourneroad, Island Bay, also 5-roomed residence, 66, Owen-street; sth February, 11 rooms, 46, Hobson-street, and 6roomed residence and vacant section, Rona Bay. Messrs. S. George Nathan and Co. are selling by public auction at their rooms, 105, Customhouse-quay, on Tuesday next a 9-roomed residence, Fitzherbertstreet, Petone. On 4th February, they will submit 2 shops in Cuba-street and 2 residences in Kelburn, also a motorcar with coupe body. On Tuesday, 11th February, a good farm property at Twita will be offered.
