■ AUCKLAND, This Day. A youth named Alan Sherman has been missing from the residence of his aunt, • Mrs. Smyth, at Wait'atere, since Thursday morning. He went out with a double-barrelled gun. Search parties went out on Saturday and yesterday, but found no traces of him.
