NEW YORK, 26th December
The correspondent of the New York Times at Washington says that advices received by the Russian Embassy report ed an' unsuccessful Bolshevik uprising against the All-Eussian Government at Omski on 22nd December. Twelve Bolsheviks were arrested, court-martialed, and shot.

The Pekiu correspondent of the New York Times states that despatches from Chita (Siberia) say that General Semenoff (anti-Bolshevik military leader at Omsk) was-wounded in the leg at the theatre when a bomb was thrown.
