LONDON, 24th December.

Mr Jefferies cables that several groups of Bolsheviks have arrived at Warsaw for Yuletide. They include a. so-called Red Cross delegation. They stayed at a leading hotel and subsequently rented several large houses, whence flowed lavish, streams of money for propaganda and bribery. The authorities, alarmed at the activities, arrested thirty and found them in possession of nearly two million roubles.
