The Matin says that Admiral Koltchak defeated the Bolsheviks in the Perm district with grave losses, and also overthrew the revolutionary government at Samara. Admiral Koltchak is now in communication with M. Sazonoff, head of the Government in "the Don region. The whole of south-east Russia is now emancipated from Bolshevik iifftuence.
