REVOLUTIONARY SCHOOL IN
MOSCOW.
(Received December 27, 11 a.m.) ' j COPENHAGEN, .23rd _ Dec. _ M. Scavenius, ex-Danish Minister ia Petrograd, states that a special revolutionary school has been establishes in Moscow, where agitators of all countries, including Chinamen and Irishmen, are being trained in revolutionary ideas, to be afterwards returned to tjieir respective countries as "missioners of revolution."
