Discussing Lord Jellicoe's coming visit to the overseas Dominion's, Th<J* Times says the whole problem of the Dominion navies is altered owing to the disappearance of the German Navy. Lord Jelhcoe's visit is necessary in order that the closest touch shall be maintained between the Dominions and the Admiralty in the future Tho Naval dispositions prior to the war jvei'o not secret, and the relations of the Dominions with the Admiralty were lax, and inclined to cause friction.
