A 1 man named Thomas Albright ap-4 .peered before Mr. f. V. When Albright came before the Court,, Acting Sab-Inspector Emerson stated* that the man was too deaf to Jiear the charge read, and the charge-sheet wwn therefore handed to him. He read it,, and made no answer. , The poMco asked for a remand until 3rd January. It was understood thai! accused wanted to ask for bail.
