SOUTH AFRICAN LOSSES
6800 KILLED IN THE WAR.
(kIOTER'S iILBfIU«.) LONDON, 25th December. It is estimated that the South African casualties in the war, comprising those of the rebellion, and the campaigns in East, West, and Central- Africa, and overseas totalled 6800 killed, of whom 4630 were killed in Europe. Wounded and gassed totalled 11,500.
