PARIS, 20th December.
The Matin states that the French Government has rSent a wireless message to the Bolshevist*? that they will be held personally responsible for every outrage against Frenchmen. A number of Bol' ■sheviks aboard a vessel which is about to depart will be interned, unless the Frenchmen in Russia ate immediately liberated.
