LONDON, 23rd December.
The Echo de Paris announces that the Allies will hold a conference in Paris early in €ho New Year to consider the future of the international navigation of the air, and to study how to prevent aeroplanes of different nationalities cros* sing the Customs barriers, and how to" prevent commercial aeroplanes being converted into bombers within a few Minutes. The results of the conference' must be accepted by Germany in the peace treaty. ■ • /
