_ Signor Bustemente, who was mentioned in a cable message published yesterday as having been appointed a member of the new Bolivian Cabinet, is probably Signor Cesar Montero Bustement, who was at one time Consul for Uruguay in Wellington, a position now held by. Mr. W. J. Prouse. After leaving New Zealand, Signor Bustemente fent to Switzerland on behalf of the Urugu-an Government in connection with emigration matters, and then returned to hifi native country.
