A local resident has received a private letter from America, stating that it is commonly believed that Germans are distributing influenza germs. Two Germans, disguised as nuns, were caught in the act. Two others, dressed in women's clothes, were caught in a train while shaving, and a supply of germs was found among their eff&ts. ,
