CLASS DISTINCTIONS ABOLISHED,

BERNE, 20th December.

The Berlin Congress of Soviets passed a resolution arrogating to its Council of Six the entire political executive power of the Empire, and also of Prussia, and the right to appoint or dismiss Ministers. It also passed a resolution to abolish class distinction! and titles.
