Already the rush for accommodation at Christmas time is being felt by the shipping companies, and applicants for berths. on the ferry steamer* are being told, that all available space has been booked. It is understood that the Maori will be back" in the ferry run about 16th December, and that she will be assisted by the Mararoa and the Monowai. Berths on the Nikau and Kaitoa., which maintain the Nelson ti^de, are also being booked for Christmas. .. . .
