PEACE CELEBRATIONS
MR. MASSEY'S ANTICIPATION. The Prime Minister remarked w the House to-day that he expected thai; the final peace celebrations would be at the end of March or in April. The Government would invite local bodies to guide th« Government in this connection. From present evidence it seems that the proclamation of "the end' of the war" (affecting certain laws and regulations) will be in April.
