NOT WANTED BY BERLIN AND BAVARIAN EXECUTIVES. COPENHAGEN, 3rd December. A Berlin message reports that the Executive' Committee for Greater Berlin "officially states that in an understanding with the Bavarian Executive Committee it was resolved to demand the immediate resignation of Dr. Soli and his replacement by a consistent opponent of th& old system and of'the war policy; . also, ail assurance that Herr Erzberger will not participate in the peace negotiations.
