MEDDLESOME MOTIONS DEPRECATED. > (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZtsALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) NEW YORK, 3rd December. Mr. Mann, leader of the Republican Party, deprecated making difficulties for the President at this juncture. He did not think that the American people would tolerate any meddling in a matter so vitally concerning them as the President's presence at the Peace Conference. The Republicans as a body would not countenance any motions against the President's attendance.
