BEFORE THE ALLIES STRIKE
BOLSHEVIKS HOPE FOR GERMANY AS AN ALLY. LONDON, 3rd December. Advices from Berlin state that the Russian Commissary, M. Radek, declared that the Entente Powers would be unable to interfere in South Russia before the spring. He hoped that Germany would be Russia's ally before then.
