CASE MEN'HONED IN THE SUPREME COURT. .
The case of Grierson v. Thacker, alloged libel, was mentioned this morning in the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice HoskinK. Mr. T. Young, for Griereon, applied to have a date fixed for hearing before a common jury of twelve. Mr. jUorisori, for Dr. Thacker, Said that ho proposed to plead Parliamentary .privilege, and asked that tho matter staud over. Mr. Young, however, pressed the matter- one!
