".It is notified ;n General Orders that the Passmore Challenge Shield has been presented for the best secondary school Cadet Corps in (I) drill, and (2) for the smartest turned-out unit. The Director of Military Training has selectedChrist's College Senior Cadets as the holders for the year 1917-18. In future, musketry will be added to the above subjects, and the selection of the holders will be left to the Director of Military Training and the General Staff officers in districts. '...-. .
