DRASTIC MEASURES IN LONDON,

The Commissioner; of Police (General Macready).stated in an interview that he has outlined schemes to cope with female solicitation, though inquiries; show that the position has been exaggerated. Certain machinery will be put in motion forthwith, and the evil will be dealt with' thoroughly. Other measures which are contemplated require legislative 1 sanction.
