OAMARU, 14th September. The' Supreme Court was occupied for three days hearing a plaint before - Mr. Justice Herdmah to revoke probate on the will of the late William Lockhart Gray, farmer, of Pukeuri, based on the alleged testamentary incapacity of the testator. The contending parties were members of the deceased's family. A big Bar was engaged, and after hearing voluminous evidence his Honour reserved judgment.
