The New York Times Washington correspondent states that diplomatic advices say that all the clergy in the Bohemian dioceses have unanimously approved the declaration of the Czech deputies, favouring the establishment of a united, independent Czech-Slovak nation. This action has caused a sensation in Austria-Hungary.
