DUNEDIN, 14th September. The Otago v. Southland ladies' representative hockey match was played on the Caledonian Park to-day in glorious weather. The match was a fast and spectacular game. Otago was the first to score, Miss Sanderson scoring from a centre from Miss Wills. Miss Hislop, who played brilliantly throughout, equalised almost immediately after. Fast play followed, Miss Gunderson adding another goal for Otago before- half-time-. Fast play followed the opening of the second spell. Miss Homer quickly brought the scores level with a hot drive.- The game ended without further score—a draw, two goals each. :
