OAMARU, 14th September. • The annual meeting of the North Otago Farmers' Co-operative Association, Ltd., was held to-day. The "balance-sheet showed a profit of £11,302, which demonstrates a I'ecord year. After paying the usual discbunts and rebates on pur r chases, and adding £2000 to the reserve fund, and £1250 for doubtful debts, the directors recommended a dividend of 7 per cent, free of income tax.
