FRATERNITY OF LABOUR
AMERICAN. SOCIALISTS AND AFTER-WAR QUESTIONS.
(Received August 20, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, 19th August. The National Executive of the American Socialists has issued a programme, dealing with after-war questions. It recommends the principles of no annexations, no punitive indemnities, and no economic nationalism, only the fraternity of labour.
