A Press -Association message from Wanganui states: —Mr. .H. S. (!. Harper, well known in business circles and a partner with T. B. Williams in the auctioneering business, was found dead in bed this morning. He was a. keen Territorial officer, and occupied the position of major. fie was aged 56.
