UPPER HUTT COURT CASES

At the Upper Hutt S.M. Court to-day, before Messrs. J. Barton and P. Davis, J.P.s, Robert Maybey was convicted and ordered to pay Court costs, 7s, for allowing cattle to wander. Richard Low, for a similar offence, was fined ss, with 7s costs. George Southee was prosecuted for obstructing the main road at Akatarawa, and was fined 10s, with costs 37s 6d. _ Albert Magon was prosecuted for placing un obstruction on the Moonshineroad.
