LONDON, 13th August. The Press Bureau states: "The Government has issued 1 a declaration to the effect that Britain regards the Czechoslovaks as an Allied nation, and recognises the unity of the three Czechoslovak armies as an Allied belligerent waging a regular warfare against AustroHungary and Germany. Britain also recognises the right of the Czecho-Slovak National Council, as the present trustee of the future Czecho-Slovak Government, to exercise supreme authority over this army." tii ;
