WASHINGTON, 11th August. The Czocho-Siovak National _ Council has received official reports saying 'that the Czecho-Slovak troops which recently occupied Vladivostok are moving westward towards European Russia. The Czecho-Slovak army in Russia numbers more than a hundred thousand trained

and equipped men, who will serve under the command of the Allied troops in Siberia.
