An Italian official report states: Italian • naval airships and aeroplanes dropped eight tons of bombs on military works and the maritime forces at Pola. The British Admiralty reports: During July, air force units, co-operating with the navy,-attacked enemy destroyers with bombs and machine-guns off the Flanders coast, and directly hit a destroyer.
