AMSTERDAM, 14th July. Advices from Kieff state that the Bolsheviks in Moscow are far flam suppressing the revolutionaries. They were only holding their own with the assistance of Lettish Guards. Trotsky told the All-Russian Congress that portion of the Soviet troops had deserted to tha enemy, as the result of- Anglo-French propaganda. . - . '
