The sum of two guineas, a levy towards preliminary expenses of the Mangahao Electric-power League, was voted.. A communication was received from the Wellington City Council stating that that body was prepared to admit schools within the. couhty to 'the library scheme for schools. After considerable discussion, the council agreed to pay the first instalment to the Hospital Fund. , ' -
