RETURNING SOLDIERS
MOTOR CORPS ARRANGEMENTS.
The Defence Department advises that Returning Draft No. 165 has arrived in Auckland, and the members will leave for Wellington by special train to-night. The train is expected to reach Wellington between 4 and 4.30 p.m. to-morrow. A special enclosure has been constructed at Thorndon Station for the convenience of relatives, but only persons holding next-of-kin passes will be admitted to this enclosure.
Members of the Wellington Voluntary Motor Corps will be available to convey returned soldiers and their next-of-kin to their homes on the arrival of Returned Drafts Nos. 165 and 166 to-morrow. Members whose. numbers in the register are from 18 to 38 will attend at Pipitea Shed entrance to King's Wharf for Returning Draft No.. 166 at 6.45 a.m:; and those from- 7 to 17 at Thorndon Railway Station for Returning Draft No. 165 at 3.45 p.m. Arm badges will be distributed at the gates.
