INTERNAL SITUATION IS DIFFICULT.

ZURICH, 12th June.
The Frankfurter Zeitung admits that the internal situation in the Ukraine is difficult. The Government is disliked by all classes. Every village- is under military control for the purpose of confiscating tho corn. The country ie without coal. The unemployed in Odessa, Kieff, Ekaterinoslav and other towns number 1,600,000.
