LONDON,. 9th Junk. A telegram from Itarkoff states that the Germans have occupied the railway junction at Lisky, near Voronesh, to which the Soviet forces had fallen back from Moscow on 31st May. As has already been done at Petrograd, *U the chief newspapers have been suppressed.
