A French communique states : There is sharp artillery fighting- in the region of Hansard pn Sitnlerre, and between the Oise and Hie Aisne, and .south of the Asti 1. Wo continued to jnosjress in the region of Ncuilly and Sussiares ami entered the village of C'loup. The enemy attempted to wipe out our gains of yesterday on the Chezy-Dammard front, but their violent counter-attacks were, shattered and we entirely maintained our gains.
