ABSORBED INTO HOME UNITS.
The following returned officers have been struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F. and absorbed into their home units with their original rank and 'seniority therein :—-
N.Z. Staff Corps.—Major B. BSmythc, D.S.O. Regiment of Royal N.Z. Artillery.— U.-Col. M. M. Gardner, D.5.0., with the rank of major, and granted the temporary rank of lieutenant-colonel while holding liia present appointment. N.Z. Bifie Brigade (T.).—Lt. T. M. K. Johnstone, with the rank of 2nd lieutenant.' UnaU*hed List (b).—Capt. A. E. Neilson, 'with the rank of 2nd lieutenant, is granted the temporary rank of captain whilst employed as company commander Cl Camp; Capt. N. J. Reed, with the rank of-lieutenant; Capt. C. H v A. Senior,. M.C., with the rank of 2nd lieutenant; Lt. F. H. Dodd.
