DUBLIN MEN JOIN UP.

(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLB ASSOCIATION.) (Received April 15, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 14th April. Reports from Ireland state that there is much OiCtivity in the recruiting departments. Many men in Dublin have joined up, including many Englishmen. Should all these evaders of military service join, the army will receive 30,000 recruits.
