. , . . ZURICH, 21st March. Austria's .territorial demands upon Rumania total seven thousand square miles, including the Vulcan Pass, and the Porta Orientala (Eastern Door) of the Iron Gates. •
Count Czernin demanded a strip twenty miles wide from Ocna northward for 140 miles, and proposed to compensate Rumania for the loss of this territory and the Dobrudja 'by giving her the Bessarabian territory westward of the Dniester.
