(Eeceived March 11, 8.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, 10th March. The United' Press Agency at Washington learns that Germany, with the aid of Lenin, is endeavouring to cause an industrial revolution in the United States, France, Italy, and England. The correspondent adds : "The Germans proposed to the Bolsheviks that German agents, sailing in Russian ships, should be sent to the countries mentioned to act as agitators. The attitude of the Russian Government has not been ascertained.
